Recently San Diego refused to take the trash bins from our three-unit condo, saying that they were too damaged to be lifted into the truck. The City said they would remove the bins and provide new ones if we put in a work order – which could take up to two weeks! In the middle of a heat wave we were left with large, full, smelly bins. This could have been a serious health and safety issue. I called Oorah and they were here the next morning, problem solved. Fast, efficient, polite service. (via Yelp review)
